Has any of the conversation in your home sounded as if it were straight out of a TV series like On Children?
\n
\nOr have you ever had to make tough choices about marriage and having children, like GAO Jia-fei, GUO Qin, and SUN Li-fang in Mother to Be?
\nWhile watching TV dramas, you might feel a strong sense of resonance as you notice the characters frequently saying things you say to yourself and as women's issues are part of the plots. They are truly realistic depictions of our current society and lives. The director of On Children and Mom, Don't Do That and the screenwriter of Mother to Be will share with us and guide us in figuring out whether art is imitating life or vice-versa.
