Parking lot restrictions
Limited to vehicles under 1.9 meters in height
Weekdays: NT$ 30 per hour
Weekends: NT$ 40 per hour
- No fee is charged for temporary parking under 15 minutes.
- A fee equivalent to 30 minutes is charged for parking over 15 minutes but under 30 minutes.
- A fee equivalent to 1 hour is charged for parking over 30 minutes but under 1 hour.
- Same-day maximum parking fee: NT$ 300
Discount for event ticket holders
Up to NT$80 for parking within 5 hours. Regular rates apply for more than five hours.
Customers holding program tickets may present the ticket
to the Service Center, staff stationed in front of a payment kiosk, or the B1F Parking Management Office (by the Guotai Rd. exit) during performance hours in exchange for a parking validation stub, which is redeemed by scanning the stub at an automatic payment kiosk upon leaving the venue.
Discount for customers with disabilities
Customers with disabilities are entitled to free parking for the first four hours and 50% off for each hour thereafter starting from the fifth hour. This discount can only be used once per day.
Please present your disability identification card and accessible parking permit to the B1F Parking Management Office before leaving the venue to process the discount. (Alternatively, the video intercoms installed at all visitor entrances on B2F can be used to communicate with the Parking Management Office.)
Discount with eligible purchases
Customers who make NT $500 in eligible purchases on the same day may scan their invoices by QR code at a payment kiosk to receive 1 hour of free parking for up to 3 hours per day. (Ticket purchases are excluded, as a separate discount applies.)
Customers who store the e-invoices of their eligible purchase onto a mobile carrier may enjoy 1 additional hour of free parking.
※Customers who intend to store the e-invoices of eligible purchase onto a mobile carrier should ask for a payment or order receipt from sales personnel at checkout. If the consumption level is past the threshold amount, the receipt can be presented to the 3F Service Center or B1F Parking Management Office (by the Guotai Rd. exit) in exchange for a parking validation stub, which is redeemed by scanning the stub at a payment kiosk upon leaving the venue.
