[Master Lecture] The Creative Journey of Lohengrin
About a knight from a faraway land and a romantic relationship in which too many questions may not be asked, Lohengrin has not only the romance of a fairytale but also a deep practical meaning. For this lecture, Lohengrin director Sabine HARTMANNSHENN will discuss the creative process for this opera, from the central spirit of the plot to how the production team has reinterpreted this classic from a contemporary standpoint. If you want to see how WAGNER's mysterious realm has been transformed into feelings and thoughts that an audience of today can relate to, this lecture is for you.
