2019 Weiwuying Circus Platform CNAC x Master Class Acro-Dance
In the spirit of research developed through interdisciplinarity at the Centre national des arts du cirque, this workshop invites you to embark on a journey between dance and acrobatics, where the boundaries are porous.
Revisit another kind of corporeality at the heart of this interbreeding of disciplines. In harnessing imbalance, come into dialogue with and be aware of your limits. Rediscover the space within the self, and from the self to others. A body that is organic, instinctive, vibrant, and an explorer equipped with acute senses. Become conscious of the circulation of energy. This workshop is situated at the crossroads of several disciplines such as acrobatics, contemporary dance, lift, contact dance, and acro-yoga.
