Voco Novo
Founded in 2009, Voco Novo is one of Taiwan's most renowned a cappella groups, known for performing diverse styles spanning multiple genres. From pop to jazz, the group's vocal skill and musicality shine through in its natural storytelling. Voco Novo is committed to making music that represents Taiwan's multicultural society, often incorporating folk songs or classical poetry in its arrangements in addition to composing original music. Internationally acclaimed, Voco Novo won the 2013 CARA awards for "Best Asian Album" and "Best World Music Song," and took second place at Finland's 2015 Tempere Vocal Music Festival. In 2024, its album Goza Goza won the Golden Melody Award for "Best Crossover Album." In addition to performing regularly in Taiwan, Voco Novo has performed at festivals in the United States, Austria, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Russia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, China and Hong Kong.
