【2026 場館友善計畫】《樂齡 x 英國國家芭蕾舞團》舞蹈工作坊
透過肢體動作與現場音樂節奏引導，工作坊靈感來自芭蕾舞和現代舞技巧，包括適合各種能力的坐姿和站姿練習，促進身體的放鬆與表達，提升參與者的身體靈活性和生活質量，為他們帶來舞蹈中的喜悅與成就感。

第一場：2026/1/24(六)10:30-11:45｜巴金森共融
第二場：2026/1/24(六)14:00-15:15｜失智友善
學員人數：兩場次各10組（學員1位+陪同者1位，需兩人一組報名）。

每人（組）每場次酌收300元保證金，並於活動當日退還。

英國國家芭蕾舞團舞蹈藝術家、音樂家
英國國家芭蕾舞團歷史悠久、成就卓越，不僅持續在英國及世界各地的重要舞台演出，並透過自有的樂團、數位平台如「Ballet on Demand」與「Ballet Active」，讓更多人能親近芭蕾藝術。
除了演出實力，該團更是英國推動芭蕾創意學習與實務參與的先驅。他們發展出多項具社會關懷價值的合作計畫，包括為巴金森氏症與失智症患者設計的舞蹈課程，也推動人才培育計畫，致力打造多元且包容的芭蕾藝術未來。該團持續以創新的熱情與國際視野，拓展與更多社群的連結。

衛武營自 2018 年開館以來，即持續致力於推動共融友善環境，規劃「大手大腳」、「大眼睛大耳朵」友善學習工作坊，讓不同族群都能輕鬆親近藝文活動，並透過與主辦節目搭配的前導工作坊，設計專屬的課程內容，讓身障朋友能更沉浸式地參與表演藝術。2024 年開始，對象擴展至特殊兒童與年輕家庭，讓更多孩子有機會接觸藝文體驗。2025 年起，進一步開放給樂齡族群，希望讓長者及其照顧者在藝術中找到樂趣與共鳴。
我們期待透過多元參與，讓更多人走進劇場，一同體驗表演藝術的美好 !
Since opening in 2018, Weiwuying has actively promoted itself as a place of inclusivity, as evidenced by its workshops for those with impaired hearing, vision, and other physical disabilities. We are providing another channel for those with disabilities to participate in Weiwuying events. It has aligned its organized programs with pre-program workshops and instructional designs, allowing people with disabilities to enjoy more immersive experiences with the arts.
In 2024, we expanded our focus to include children with special needs and their families. In 2025, we will extend our reach to seniors and their caregivers, enabling them to experience the joy and wonder of the performing arts.
We hope to welcome more people into the theater through diverse forms of participation, inviting all to experience the beauty of the performing arts.
